Your Account FAQ's What is the 'Username'? The username is either your mobile phone number or email address that you used when you registered. If you registered online this will be the email address you used when registering.
What is the Password? The Password is a personal 4-digit number which you use to log-in to the site and enables access to your personal account. The concept is the same as the Password you might use with a cash-card to get money out of the 'hole in the wall', although it might not be the same number!
Forgotten your Password? If you have forgotten your Password, please click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the main login page. This will prompt for some information to automatically send you a replacement Password by SMS or email. What is an eWallet? The eWallet is a unique payment system, using an encrypted, secure "electronic wallet" which stores your credit card details upon registration. Each user is allocated a unique Password number that is checked against the registered user's mobile number and user ID before any purchase is authorized.

How do I create an account? Creating an account is easy! Simply click on the "Create Account" link, enter your login details, including a Password, and you will have an account.
How do I control my account? When you have logged in, you can change any personal information and also any credit card information yourself. Simply click on the links at the top of the page. My address has changed, how do I update this? Click on the "My Address" link, update your new address details and then click on the update button to save them to the database.
I want to update my credit card details? Click on the "My Wallet" link, update your new credit card details and then click on the update button to save them to the database.
I want to update my email address? Click on the "My Log-In" link, update your email address and other information if required and then click on the update button to save them to the database.
I want to update my mobile phone number? Click on the "My Address" link, update your mobile phone and other information if required and then click on the update button to save them to the database.
Can I give friends my Username and Password? You should not give others your username and Password as this would allow them to use your Tshirts365 account and potentially make purchases on this site using your payment details. These details are personal to you.
