Returns & Exchanges

This isn't a problem. If you need to change size or colour or design, or just fancy a refund, its all cool. I can sort all of this out for you. 

First thing to say is, this stuff isn't just made in China and plucked off a warehouse shelf, we print everything to order, here in UK.

So if you order two shirts of the same design in two different sizes, the way you might from Amazon, with the intention of returning the one that doesn't fit, this is very bad for us. We're not Amazon; we pay our taxes for a start.

It just means we've printed a shirt that we're unlikely, if ever, going to be able to sell because (I know I'm, going on a bit here) when you're a wee company and you've thousands of designs in up to 12 colours and 16 sizes, the chances someone will order the same design/colour/size again are small. Thus we lose all profit on the order and that makes us all cry.

So can I ask you to make your best guess for size, if it doesn't fit, all is cool, return it for a different size, that's no problem, but it might fit and then we won't have printed 2 shirts for you. Does this make any sense? I'm fully aware I'm over-sharing our problems here, but we all live under the same blue sky and I know you're a nice person. 

When returning an item it must arrive with us in it’s original condition. Wearing it down the pub on a Friday night out, getting it covered in Guinness and setting light to it via a badly rolled reefer, then returning it on Monday, is understandable, but not allowed by the karma pixies who govern our lives. And we don't want to upset the karma pixies now, do we? No we don't. 

If your item is in any way faulty then please contact me immediately, send a photo of the issue and I will get a replacement organised. You won't have to send it back to us. For clarity, the concept of faulty does not include stains from a lamb dhansak you have spilled down yourself after consuming 8 pints of lager.  

Before making a return, please email me with your order number, tell me what you're sending back and what you want to happen - a refund, or a different size/colour/design. I can then make it happen because I am all powerful, can change my clothes in a phone box and wear my underpants on the outside. Possibly. That's the excuse I'll use in court, anyway.

You will always be dealing with me, Johnny, because TShirts365 is so small and niche that I do all admin. Don't worry, I don't bite, or at least not unless you are a sausage. I do bite sausages.

 We print everything to order and don't hold any stock of anything. That would be mad. Almost all orders are printed within 2 working days (this doesn't include weekends and public holidays), occasionally as long as 4 days if we have run out of a size or colour t-shirt and stock is delayed in arriving.
